Refund policy

30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of odors, pet hair and damage. You don't need tags or the original mailer — our labels are printed inside, so there's no tag to keep.

How to return.

1. Email info@gothictaste.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship your return within 14 days of our reply. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind or size returns, you pay return shipping and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. If we got it wrong (a misprint, defect, damage, or the wrong item or size), we cover all costs.

Misprints, defects, damage or wrong item. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and usually you won't need to send anything back.

Exchanges. Because every piece is made to order, the fastest way to get a different size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Promotions and BOGO. Items bought on promotion, including our Buy One, Get One offers, can be returned under this policy. You'll be refunded the amount you actually paid for the returned item after discounts. We won't charge you shipping if a return drops your order below the free-shipping minimum.

Final sale. Gift cards and any item marked "Final Sale" on its product page can't be returned unless it arrives defective, damaged or wrong.

Refunds. We'll email you within 3 business days of receiving your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Bought at a market booth? Bring the item and your receipt to any Gothic Taste booth within 30 days for an exchange or refund, or email us.
